Sniper Special Forces Ford Diesel tuner kit
Sniper, Inc. has revolutionized and simplified diesel tuning by making it possible for the Ford enthusiast with the 6.0 liter & 7.3* liter Powerstroke to fine tune their vehicle’s performance output. The results from this one-of-a-kind software will leave you mystified and wondering “what took so long”. For the 6.0 liter vehicles, Sniper has unlocked the mystery of towing with power with their exclusive 100 horsepower towing program. Unlike other tuners for the 6.0 liter, Sniper’s tuning kit has no coolant issues, extremely low Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT’s) and low cylinder pressure even while towing heavy loads.
You can choose to use Sniper’s preset performance programs of 50, 75 or 100 horsepower or choose to fine tune your own performance program straight from your laptop or desktop pc as seen in the software screen shots shown below.
Sniper’s Special Forces software has been developed to work with stock or heavily modified vehicles. The Special Forces covers 1999-2007 Ford Powerstroke vehicles (6.0 liter & 7.3 liter).
In addition to Sniper’s preset performance levels, Special Forces Provides the following options:
-speed limiter adjustment -adjustment for NOS & Propane
-trans firmness** -adjustment for smoke control limiter
-trans shift points** -adjustment for aftermarket injectors (single shot & split shot)
-converter lockup** -adjustment to Injection timing
-adjustment for throttle response control
